Partner With Us | Cleaning Company Referrals

Your client has tagged glass. You don't do graffiti removal. We do.

Send your clients to London's acid-etch and graffiti removal specialist. Same-day response, within three hours. They'll thank you, they'll remember who sent us, and you'll earn commission on every job we close.

25% on graffiti removal. 30% on acid etching. Paid on every job we close from your referral.

This is a paid partner programme for London window cleaners and commercial cleaning companies. You refer the work, we deliver the job, we pay you commission on the invoice value. Straight per-job percentage, paid when we get paid, no minimums, no targets, no exclusivity.

  • 25% commission on standard graffiti removal work (spray paint, marker pen, sticker tags, paint vandalism, surface cleaning on brick, stone, render, metal, timber and concrete)
  • 30% commission on acid-etched glass remediation (the milky frosted tags that nobody else in the trade wants to touch)
  • Paid within 14 days of our invoice being settled by the end client
  • No paperwork to chase. We track the referral source from first contact through to invoice. You see the commission breakdown on every payment

To join the programme, complete the partner onboarding form below. We respond same-day during business hours, confirm your details and send the referral pack.

The Problem You're Already Dealing With

You're halfway through a window clean and the client points at a milky smear across their shopfront glass. Acid graffiti. Or they ask if you can get spray paint off the brickwork by the entrance. Or there's a sticker tag they want pulled cleanly without damaging the frame.

You can't. It's not your trade. The chemistry is wrong, the equipment is wrong, the substrate is wrong for what you've got on the van. But leaving the client without an answer costs you.

Every time a cleaner says "sorry, we don't do that," the client has to find someone else. That someone else might clean windows too. Or the client might never ask again, and you've lost the chance to be the person who fixed it. Either way the next call doesn't come back to you.

The partners on our programme stopped losing that ground a long time ago. They send us the job, we close it, they get paid commission on the work and the client keeps coming back to them for the cleaning.

The Partner Who Handles the Rest

DUA London is the graffiti removal specialist London cleaning companies refer to when their clients need a fix they can't deliver. We are not a cleaning company. We will not compete for your contracts, undercut your pricing, or solicit your clients for anything outside the graffiti and surface restoration work we are sent in to do. That's the whole basis of the partner relationship.

Here's what we handle that your regular service doesn't:

Acid-etched glass restoration. The milky, semi-transparent tags on shopfronts, office glazing and residential windows. Most firms in the trade won't touch acid-etched glass because it's substrate damage and conventional cleaning chemistry cannot lift it. We deliver polishing where viable, replacement coordination where required, and sacrificial anti-graffiti film for forward protection. If your client has acid graffiti glass in London, we are who you call.

Spray paint and marker removal. From brick, concrete, metal, wood, stucco, plastic, acrylic and commercial vehicles. Storefronts, residential blocks, heritage buildings, transport infrastructure, hospitality venues. Method calibrated to substrate at site survey, with biodegradable chemistry as default and low-pressure steam systems (DOFF, TORC) for heritage work.

Anti-graffiti protective coatings. Sacrificial and permanent. Applied after we clean so the next tag wipes off fast and the client is not paying for the same problem twice.

We attend on site within three hours of a confirmed call, all day, every day. We work to council and corporate procurement compliance standards. We are insured, indemnified and equipped to work across the full London commercial substrate range.

    How the Programme Pays You

The commission structure is straightforward and the payment process is built around the realities of working trade. We are not asking you to track anything, file anything or chase anything.

You refer the client. Phone call, WhatsApp message, email, or a direct introduction at the client's site. We capture your partner code at first contact and tag the job in our system. Whether it closes that week or three months later, the commission stays attributed to you.

We close the job. Site survey, written quotation, project delivery, completion sign-off, invoicing. The client deals with us throughout. You are not pulled into any of it.

You get paid. When the client pays our invoice, we calculate the commission on the net invoice value, send you a commission statement showing the job and the breakdown, and pay direct to your account within 14 days. For partners with multiple active referrals, monthly statements consolidate the picture.

    Commission rates:

    • 25% on standard graffiti removal (paint, marker, stickers, surface remediation)
    • 30% on acid-etched glass remediation (polishing, replacement coordination, sacrificial film specification)
    • Commission calculated on net invoice value (excluding VAT) after settlement
    • No minimums, no targets, no exclusivity, no clawback
    • Ongoing client relationships pay you commission on every subsequent job from the same client, for the life of the relationship, where the referral originated with you

That last point matters. If you refer a hospitality group with thirty London locations and they sign a multi-year service contract with us, you earn commission on every event across every location for the duration. The referral is not a one-off transaction.

What We Are Looking For in a Partner

The programme is built for established London window cleaning companies and commercial cleaning operators with regular client relationships. Specifically:

    • Active commercial client base across any London borough (retail, hospitality, corporate property, residential blocks, hotels, restaurants, FM portfolios)
    • Existing rapport with the people who would notice graffiti or commission its removal (facility managers, property managers, store managers, building owners)
    • Willingness to make the introduction credibly, naming us as your specialist partner rather than just passing along a number
    • Operational track record and insurance cover appropriate to the commercial work you are already doing (we want professional operators on the programme, not opportunistic intermediaries)

We do not require minimum referral volumes, exclusivity, or any commitment from you beyond making the introduction when the opportunity arises. We do reserve the right to decline partnership where the operational profile does not fit, or to end the partnership if commission attribution becomes unreliable.

    What Happens After You Apply

Complete the partner onboarding form below. Same-day acknowledgement during business hours. We confirm your operational profile, send the partner pack covering commission terms, attribution process, payment timing and your unique partner code, and you start referring.

The partner pack includes a short reference sheet you can keep on the van or at the office covering what we handle, response timing, what to say to clients when the situation arises, and how to make the introduction. Nothing complicated. Most partners use it once and then refer instinctively from there.

    Who Already Trusts Us

Pret. Coca-Cola. Chestertons. Staycity. Ibis Hotels. And a growing network of London window cleaners and commercial cleaning companies who refer graffiti removal work to us because it makes them look good to their clients and pays them commission while doing so.

No drama. No competing. We are not a cleaning company. We are the specialist your clients need when the job isn't yours to do.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How much commission do I earn per job?

25% on standard graffiti removal work, 30% on acid-etched glass remediation. Commission is calculated on the net invoice value (excluding VAT) of each job that closes through your referral.

      When do I get paid?

Commission is paid within 14 days of the end client settling our invoice. Most commercial invoices settle within 30 days of completion, so typical commission timing is 30 to 45 days after the job is delivered. Multi-property service contract referrals generate ongoing monthly commission for the life of the relationship.

      How are referrals tracked?

You get a unique partner code at onboarding. We capture your code at first contact with the referred client, tag the job in our system, and the commission attribution stays in place through quote, delivery, invoicing and payment. You see the breakdown on every commission statement.

What if the same client comes back later for more work?

Commission attribution stays with you for the life of the relationship. If the client commissions further work from us six months or six years after your original referral, you earn commission on every subsequent job. For multi-property service contracts that span multiple years and locations, that compounds meaningfully.

Do I need exclusivity, minimum volumes, or any commitment?

No. No minimum referral volumes, no exclusivity, no targets, no clawback on past commission. Refer when the situation arises; don't refer when it doesn't.

Will DUA London compete with my cleaning business?

No. We are a graffiti removal and surface restoration specialist. We do not offer window cleaning, general commercial cleaning, or recurring cleaning contracts. The partner programme is built around the explicit commitment that we work alongside your cleaning business rather than competing with it.

What does the partner programme cover geographically?

All London boroughs and the wider Greater London commercial estate. Same response standard, same commission structure, same payment process across the entire service area.

What if my client is interested but the job doesn't close?

No charge to you, no impact on your standing in the programme, no clawback or penalty. We absorb the cost of unconverted quotes as a standard operational expense. Commission is only earned on jobs that close.

Can I refer clients outside London?

Our service area is Greater London. If your client has property outside London, we can advise on appropriate service partners or scope multi-region arrangements where our coverage extends, but the partner programme commission applies to London jobs.

Do I need to introduce the client personally or just pass on the number?

Either works for attribution. Phone introduction, WhatsApp message, email forward, or just naming us in conversation with the client at site. As long as the client mentions your company at first contact, attribution is captured.

What if I want to be involved in the job itself?

We can arrange that where it suits. Some partners attend the site survey, some hand off completely. Whatever fits your relationship with the client. The commission structure is the same either way.

Are there any costs to me to join the partner programme?

None. Joining is free, partner pack is free, partner code is free. You only see commission flow one way: from us to you, on closed jobs.

What kind of clients should I refer?

Commercial property of any kind across Greater London: retail shopfronts, hospitality venues, hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, residential blocks, listed buildings, conservation-area property, FM portfolios, council estates, transport infrastructure, and any premises where graffiti or surface contamination has appeared and your cleaning service cannot address it. If you can identify the problem on site, the chances are we can solve it.

      How do I begin?

Complete the partner onboarding form above. Same-day acknowledgement during business hours, partner pack within 24 to 48 hours, and you start referring straight away.
